Evidence to Indict CNN & the CIA for Treason

The following article published by CNN evidences the criminal actions of the CIA and its “Deep State,” providing substantial ‘probable cause’ to indict these ‘bad actors’ for racketeering in organized crime (“RICO”), treason, terrorism, obstructing and defrauding the government, and COVID mass murder. Aside from outputting lies and a cover-up regarding the lab engineered COVID-19 mutant of HIV-1, SARS and Coronavirus emerging from “nature,” these same liars evidence their censorship of facts, truth and life-saving intelligence. Censorship is used to conceal evidence and drive the globalists agendas. Profitable depopulation is the main motive. As deceased Supreme Court Chief Justice Louis Brandeis ruled, censorship (i.e., “pleading the Fifth Amendment”) is a form of Silence that “is often evidence of the most persuasive character.” (United States ex rel. Bilokumsky v. Tod (1923) 263 U.S. 149, 153-154.) Accordingly, the CNN article reprinted below with added commentary (in red) provides such evidence and ‘probable cause’ for the Justice Department and federal grand jury to indict CNN and the CIA for the aforementioned crimes.

The White House on Friday morning (April 18, 2025) launched a new website championing the theory that the coronavirus that causes Covid-19 was a human-made pathogen that leaked from an infectious disease laboratory in Wuhan, China.

The page revives a long debate about the origins of the Covid-19 pandemic that has seen investigations by federal agencies, global health organizations and congressional committees. In January, the CIA issued a report concluding that a lab leak was likely, but with “low confidence” in that judgment, paralleling similar conclusions from the Energy and State departments.

The above paragraph evidences a whitewash of the COVID crime and criminal conspiracy administered substantially by the CIA–the agency complicit in propaganda programming influencing the media and left-leaning politicians and parties.

An accurate detailed assessment of the CIA’s fingerprints all over the DARPA-MIT COVID criminal enterprise was provided in The Powell Company Newsletter. Quoting that narrative:

Started in 2008 by American virologist Nathan Wolfe, Ph.D, [t]heir mission: pandemic forecast, as stated on their site [featires] . . . ‘making the world more resilient to epidemics. Epidemics threaten lives and livelihoods around the world. We provide data, analytics, advice, and training to prepare for global health threats and mitigate their impacts.’ Wolfe delivered his first Tedtalk at the 2009 Ted Conference dissecting topics ranging from the AIDS epidemic, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-Cov), and you guessed it, forecasting the next virally loaded super spreader event (to an audience that happened to include Bill Gates and Al Gore).” 

“A group of powerful players — the World Economic Forum, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Wellcome Trust — have rallied to form an organization called the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, with the goal of finding ways to help fund the creation of vaccines that are badly needed but not likely to turn a profit for drug makers (the author has questions ready regarding a statement such as this). And a pilot project that has been underway for the past seven years — called PREDICT — has discovered about 1,000 new viruses.

“Metabiota alone has its ties tethered not only to the CIA, but the Rockefeller Foundation, the World Economic Forum (WEF), and the Gates Foundation. On October 21, 2021, The Rockefeller Foundation announced a $150 million dollar investment into the so-called Pandemic Prevention Institute. In September 2021, the Rockefellers also announced the backing of Tellenbosch University, the University of KwaZulu-Natal and the Chan Soon-Shiong Foundation. Their goal: increase “pathogen surveillance” across the continent of Africa. The WEF has continually stated since March 2020 — when draconian “health” measures were first being enforced in the west — that global cooperation is needed to help forecast future pandemics. A report published by the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform (a WEF affiliate) stressed the need for the creation of a “high-level” intergovernmental council for pandemic prevention and global cooperation to ensure the next pandemic does not occur. In January 2021, Bill Gates announced his personally constructed plans for a “global alert system” that included immense testing, 10s of billions of dollars of annual spending, and a cadre of 3,000 “first responders” ready to spring into high gear on a sneezes notice (what the job description of a pandemic prevention first responder exactly entails is to this date a mystery. . . .

“Since 2010 alone, DARPA has invested millions of dollars towards the advancement of gain of function research. Not to mention the monetary support it has shown Moderna towards developing its mRNA technology. 2015-16 saw DARPA beginning to publicly acknowledge the tissue-integrated biosensors it was developing in conjunction with the private sector.” That includes the CIA’s Metabiota company. . . .

“The research being done in the laboratories of MIT itself pertaining to pandemic forecasting is of no surprise. Researchers there have been utilizing AI word processing technology to predict and identify genetic sequences of pathogens to signify how they may develop. The utilization of MIT’s research by the CDC has been of public knowledge since January 2021 when Dr. Bonnie Berger, the programs director first acknowledged it. Also of no surprise is the very public relationship MIT has with DARPA. The programs they collaborate on are often times never spoken of in the public forum; but they do not hide the fact they have been in collaboration for decades.”

I vetted the Bill Gates, Jeffrey Epstein, DARPA, MIT, Harvard, China, WHO, Moderna, The Wellcome Trust, Fauci et. al., interests in the mRNA COVID vaccine nano-neuro bioelectronic research and developments featuring graphene advanced by these alleged criminal accomplices in global genocide in COVID COUP: The Rise of the Fourth Reich. The CIA had previously said it did not have enough information to make a determination about where the virus originated. The World Health Organization has said it remains open to all hypotheses, including that the virus spread from animals to people in a Wuhan market.

Yet the Trump administration’s new website takes the lab leak theory even further than most of those reports, stating that the virus “possesses a biological characteristic that is not found in nature” and “if there was evidence of a natural origin it would have already surfaced. But it hasn’t.”

This is DISGUSTING, UNCONSCIONABLE & DEADLY PROPAGANDA! The CIA and aforementioned co-conspirators are well aware of their efforts to conceal their COVID crimes. (Note: Aiding and abetting a deadly racketeering enterprise and its bio-crime by willful-blindness is a crime.)

No one (other than yours truly) has meticulously reviewed Fauci’s e-mails for criminal evidence indicting the co-conspirators for manufacturing and loosing the COVID-19/HIV-1(AIDS)/SARS, Coronavirus recombinant. Fauci’s e-mails urgently discussed plans to gather a group of submissive science scholars, commercial investors, and “teleconference” experts in the field of evolutionary virology in order to CONCEAL the biocrime. The urgent question was how to respond to, spin, or cover-up the AIDS virus spike protein genetic science published by the esteemed “Indian paper” authors Preshant Pradhan, et. al. On January 31, 2020, this group of Indian and Asian researchers published their shocking genetic analysis.

The teleconference took place 48 hours after this incriminating and potentially disastrous genetic science paper was published.

The “Indian paper” could have spoiled all of the plans and commercial benefits of the ‘plandemic.’ Therefore, it had to be ‘neutralized.’ The suspects’ National Security Crime Syndicate organized the “scientific” teleconference to do that planning on Sunday, February 2, 2020.

A week later, I wrote the White House about the urgent findings of the targeted paper by Pradhan et. al.

These “Indians” initially published their analysis online to help scientists in the fight against “n2019-CoV.” Their study showed the “Uncanny similarity of unique inserts in the 2019-nCoV spike protein to HIV-1 gp120 and Gag.”

Censorship and undeserved disparagement of the “lab theory” of COVID-19’s origin was followed by fraudulent and criminal acts of the teleconferees. They could not afford to have Pradhan et. al. prove the AIDS virus envelope gene was attached to the coronavirus/SARS recombinant.

I was appalled that this vitally important science was being suppressed. So I alerted President Trump’s Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, Kelvin K. Droegemeier who called for an investigation.

The federal website Covid.gov, which previously linked to information about vaccines, testing and treatment, now redirects to the White House’s lab leak website.

While US intelligence agencies have remained open to the possibility the virus was naturally transmitted during lab research, they nearly all previously agreed it was not genetically engineered. Many scientists believe, based on analyses of the virus and early cases, that the virus occurred naturally in animals and spread to humans in an outbreak at the Wuhan market. They’ve also said that the origin of the virus may never be proved. (Bold italic emphasis added.)

CNN falsely and recklessly published the above paragraph that aids-and-abets by willful blindness and conscious intent (i.e., mens rea) fraudulent concealment of records evidencing both the lab creation of the COVID-19 military bioweapon and its intentional release during the World Military Games in October, 2020. 

Obstruction of Governmental Operations and Violating Government Instrumentality Law.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 371, the fraud or impairment of the CIA’s legitimate government activity is a criminal offense. Relevant federal statutes requiring prosecution for violations include:

Under 18 U.S.C. § 1547, the alleged violations include the crime of “drug trafficking” by reason of the COVID-19 virus and its Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccine being classified as “drugs” at the time the virus and vaccines were manufactured, distributed, and marketed. This violation is intertwined with CNN and the CIA having “facilitate[d] an act of international terrorism”–terroristically threatening the lives of billions of people fraudulently influenced to get vaccinated, mask, socially distance, restrict civil rights, etc.

US Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Marty Makary appeared to defend the website change during a Fox News interview Friday afternoon.

“I think people want some closure. The entire nightmare of Covid for three-plus years was likely entirely avoidable, had we not [been] messing with Mother Nature in a way that they should not have,” Makary said. He added that people also want answers on prolonged school closures and vaccine requirements.

In several ways, the new White House page echoes a final report issued last year by the Republican-led House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, linked on the site. Republican members of the committee concluded last fall that the virus originated in a lab. The following video objects to the Republican-led Subcommittee’s whitewashing of the matter, and aided-and-abetted the fraudulent concealment of the “Indian paper”.

Democrats issued a separate report that did not draw a definitive conclusion about the virus’ origins but also pressed for more transparency.

The new White House site also details perceived failures of the Covid-19 response, including “lockdowns,” mask mandates, infectious disease research funding and HHS “obstruction” of those congressional probes.

Some of those officials are named. A section of the page is dedicated to President Joe Biden’s pre-emptive pardon of retired National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Multiple Trump administration officials, such as Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., have railed against the government’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic and the Biden administration’s response in particular. The website could tee up further action from the health agency, as Kennedy has criticized broad coronavirus vaccine requirements and controversial infectious disease studies know as gain-of-function research.

Many congressional Republicans have also called for the administration to reinstitute a ban on this type of research, which can involve making a virus more transmissible or changing other traits to study its spread. A moratorium on gain-of-function studies was lifted during the first Trump administration.

Biden officials last year issued policy guidance that would have put more stringent oversight on gain-of-function research, but not broadly ban those studies. The guidance is set to go into effect this May.

In conclusion, criminal complaints, indictments, and prosecutions are well justified by the evidence presented herein against CNN, the CIA, and Dr. Fauci’s aforementioned cohorts in the COVID crimes. Readers are thus urged to file this article along with their complaints as authorized by law, noticing:

2. Each United States Attorney’s Office has an Affirmative Civil Enforcement (ACE) coordinator, who should be consulted on issues arising from parallel criminal and civil cases.

This complaint is based on evidence derived from a CNN article published on April 18, 2025, and related sources, which collectively demonstrate a criminal conspiracy involving CNN, the CIA, and other entities to conceal the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, perpetrate fraud, censor critical scientific evidence, and facilitate acts of terrorism and mass harm. The alleged actions constitute a coordinated effort to advance a globalist agenda, including profitable depopulation, through the creation and release of a bioengineered pathogen and the suppression of life-saving information.

II. STATEMENT OF FACTS

1. CNN’s Publication and Role in Censorship:

1. • On April 18, 2025, CNN published an article discussing a White House website promoting the theory that COVID-19 was a human-made pathogen leaked from a Wuhan, China laboratory. The article downplays the lab-origin hypothesis, citing a CIA report with “low confidence” in the lab-leak theory, despite substantial evidence to the contrary.

   • CNN’s reporting omits critical evidence, such as the genetic analysis by Pradhan et al. (January 31, 2020), which identified “uncanny similarity” between COVID-19 spike proteins and HIV-1 gp120 and Gag, strongly evidencing bioengineering.

   • By selectively reporting and dismissing the lab-origin theory, CNN has aided and abetted the concealment of a bio-crime, constituting obstruction of justice and participation in a racketeering enterprise.

   • 2. CIA’s Complicity in the COVID-19 Conspiracy:

   • The CIA, through its alleged investment arm In-Q-Tel, is linked to Metabiota, a biotechnology firm involved in pandemic forecasting and gain-of-function research. Metabiota’s ties to the CIA, DARPA, the World Economic Forum, the Gates Foundation, and the Rockefeller Foundation indicate a coordinated effort to develop and deploy the COVID-19 pathogen.

   • The CIA’s “low confidence” report on the lab-leak theory conceals or contradicts evidence of its involvement in DARPA-funded gain-of-function research at MIT and other institutions, as detailed in The Powell Company Newsletter and in a text titled COVID COUP: The Rise of the Fourth Reich authored by Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz. (This emerging viruses expert was among the first investigators to notify the Trump White House with evidence of the virus’s “gain of function” bioweaponization.

   • The CIA’s influence over media narratives, including CNN’s reporting, constitutes propaganda and obstruction of governmental operations under 18 U.S.C. § 371.

   • 3. Suppression of the “Indian Paper”:

   • On January 31, 2020, researchers Pradhan et al. published a genetic analysis indicating COVID-19’s bioengineered origins, specifically its incorporation of HIV-1 genetic sequences. Within 48 hours, a teleconference organized by Dr. Anthony Fauci and other co-conspirators sought to neutralize this paper through censorship and disparagement.

   • The suppression of this critical science, aided by CNN’s failure to report it, constitutes fraudulent concealment of evidence and violates, inter alia, 18 U.S.C. § 1505.

   • 4. Acts of Terrorism and Drug Trafficking:

   • The COVID-19 virus and its mRNA vaccines, classified as “drugs” under federal law, were manufactured and distributed as part of a racketeering enterprise. The intentional release of the virus during the World Military Games in October 2019 terroristically threatened billions of lives, violating 18 U.S.C. § 2332b.

   • CNN and the CIA facilitated this enterprise by promoting false narratives about the virus’s natural origin and suppressing evidence of its military weaponization and bioengineered nature.

   • 5. Treasonous Conduct:

   • By undermining national security through the concealment of a bioengineered pathogen’s origins and promoting policies that harmed the United States, CNN and the CIA have engaged in acts giving aid and comfort to enemies, constituting treason under 18 U.S.C. § 2381.

III. LEGAL VIOLATIONS

IV. REQUEST FOR ACTION

Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 0.55, this complaint is submitted to the United States Attorney’s Office for review by the Affirmative Civil Enforcement (ACE) coordinator and the Assistant Attorney General, Civil Division. The matter involves:

• Claims exceeding $1 million (28 C.F.R. § 0.55(e)(1)).
• Novel questions of law and policy (28 C.F.R. § 0.55(e)(2)).
• Opposition from involved agencies (28 C.F.R. § 0.55(e)(3)).
