Key Biotechnology and National Security Questions Urged for Bill Gates Interview
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Prominent public health advocate and investigative author, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, released an urgent open correspondence addressed to Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and members of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, urging the Committee to pose a series of critical questions to Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates during his scheduled transcribed interview on June 10, 2026.
The letter, containing 21 questions, highlights Mr. Gates’ documented associations with the late Jeffrey Epstein, Epstein’s close advisor Dr. Boris Nikolic (a Harvard bioelectronics expert and former Gates Foundation advisor), and a network of leading researchers, institutions, and business affiliates at Harvard, MIT, and beyond. Dr. Horowitz emphasizes the need for transparency regarding potential overlaps between these relationships and investments in biotechnology, vaccinology, population-related initiatives, bioelectronics, transhumanism, and national security matters.
“Given the gravity of the Epstein files and the profound implications for public health and U.S. National Security, it is essential that the House Oversight Committee thoroughly examine Mr. Gates’ knowledge and involvement in these intertwined areas,” said Dr. Horowitz. “Failure to ask these questions would undermine public confidence in the Committee’s oversight responsibilities.”

Dr. Horowitz’s letter proposes 21 targeted questions, including:
- Mr. Gates’ business, academic, and philanthropic ties to individuals who introduced him to Jeffrey Epstein, including connections to the Foresight Institute and biotechnology advancements.
- Identification of top research and development projects of mutual interest involving Mr. Gates, Mr. Epstein, and Dr. Boris Nikolic at Harvard and MIT.
- Beneficiaries of financial investments linked to these associations, including companies, philanthropies, military contractors, and institutions advancing biotechnology, vaccines, and related fields.
- Discussions or recommendations from Epstein and Nikolic regarding vaccinology, population control, bioelectronic technologies (including potential vaccine-related applications), and transhumanism.
- Awareness of work by Harvard’s Charles Lieber (convicted in connection with Chinese espionage), MIT’s Robert Langer (key figure at Moderna), and other researchers referenced in the Epstein files.
- Investments or funding related to mRNA vaccine development at institutions including Harvard, MIT, NIH, NIAID, DARPA, BARDA, EcoHealth Alliance, Metabiota, and companies such as Moderna and Pfizer.
- Knowledge of potential lab-origin risks for pandemics arising from gain-of-function research, and any relevant communications around the early COVID-19 period involving Dr. Fauci and Harvard leadership.
- Any involvement—direct or indirect—in initiatives such as “Project Stargate” involving AI, mRNA technologies, and cancer diagnostics and therapeutics.
The full list of questions also addresses documented correspondences in the Epstein files involving figures such as Noam Chomsky, Stephen Kosslyn, Martin Nowak, Larry Summers, and others on topics ranging from “genetic altruism” and population dynamics to bioelectronics and social influence.
Dr. Horowitz concludes the letter by stating that addressing these issues is vital to restoring public trust in government oversight of biotechnology, pandemic preparedness, and national security.
The correspondence has been sent directly to Chairman James Comer and copied to all members of the full House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform (119th Congress). Dr. Horowitz requests public support in lobbying Committee members to raise these “urgent” questions.
